I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with its fantastic location near the Matterhorn Gondola station and the mountain. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. I had an amazing time at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops and very close to the cable car to the top of the mountain. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. However, due to the hotel's proximity to the cable car, there was a lot of foot traffic in the early morning, which could be a bit noisy. The dining experience was average, but the french fries were delicious.
